If (poetry corner improv!)

Poetry Time for my webbity!

If

If you hold my hand and take my palm
To try to stand and avoid all harm,
You may just leave a mark beneath your fingerprints you placed.
So if I whip my hand away and look at you with dismay,
You can always, always say that you didn't mean to hurt me.

I'll believe the words you'll speak.
I trust you for some reason.
The day I met you was a day so bleak...
Love, I can see some.
So if you make me hold up my head
Talk to the stars, and not to the dead,
I will thank you because I can feel
The chemistry so right and real
The thing that cannot never fade
The thing that is so free not paid
The love within my heart my mind
So rooted deep it hurts inside
It rips me apart, and throws me away...
But I've loved you from the very day,
I saw your face.

If I say I want you to be close, so close
And mine, so mine, so never to leave,
Would you take a step from me
Just to take 'some time to breathe'?

This poetry turns itself around
Upside left, and grinds it down.
So if you hold my hand again (<= a-gay-n! :D)
I'll pretend there is no pain.

By, and love from, Bron :3
